A Simple Solution for Theater Security
Security in venues such as amusement parks and sporting arenas is expected by the public, but it wasn’t until recent years that movie theaters started looking for ways to protect their attendees. The tragic 2012 shooting in Aurora, CO brought much needed awareness to this issue. However, theaters have a much higher turnover rate than other types of venues and therefore need a different type of solution.
Last year, Flair completed a project for Secure Net in Clinton, MO to supply such a solution to monitor perimeter doors in multiple theaters across the country.
Our wireless surface mount annunciators, Models 580-1015-24 and -32, were chosen for their clean look, visual/audible alarm and intuitive operation. Other applications for this great product include city and county government facilities, schools and elderly care homes.
