Our MAGNETIC CONTACTS come standard in NC, NO and SPDT configurations with magnet present. We can also customize these contacts to meet your specific needs. We can change case color, gaps, wire type or length, number and type of reeds, add resistors or diodes and also private label by molding or printing your name or logo on the case. All magnets are Rare Earth for maximum gaps.

Flair MULTI-ZONE ANNUNCIATORS are the most compact and sophisticated of their kind. They are available in a variety of mounting styles: Recessed, Surface Mount, Desk Top and Rack with up to 500 Zones and 40 Options. Eight Zone, State of the Art, Micro-Controller Based, Modular Circuit Boards are the Heart of the System. In addition, a Control Module can be added to provide communication between multiple Annunciators via RS485, Wireless or Internet. Flair Multi-Zone Annunciators can be used as a “Stand Alone” Annunciator/Control or in combination with any Control Panel.

The Flair WATERGUARD is designed to detect water or any electrically conductive fluid. The Waterguard will wire directly to any Alarm Panel or Digital Communicator with out the need for any special processors. Just connect the Waterguard to an input loop as you would a standard Open Circuit Switch. When rising conductive liquid reaches the probes the Waterguard will activate, shorting the Loop. With only 1 microampere standby current the Waterguard will also work with Wireless Systems.

Our GRAPHIC DISPLAYS can be Recessed or Surface Mount, Stand Alone Annunciators or Remote Displays integrated with most alarm panels. They are Highly Visible and Simple to Use enabling guard personel to see at a glance the existing state of the security system. Any media including CAD Drawings, Blueprints and Photos can be used to make the Graphic.

Flair DOOR ALARMS / CONTROLS come with White Nylon or Stainless Steel Plates, Engraved or Pad Printed and Single Gang, Double Gang or Larger Sizes. You can choose from standard configurations or request custom configurations with any combination of Lights, Key-Switches, Buttons, Piezos, or other components. Adjustable input and output time delays also available.
