Magnetic Contacts and Other Sensors
Flair will replace or repair any Magnetic Contact or Sensor, installed properly, that fails during the first year after sale due to a manufacturing defect and provide a $50.00 credit per installation toward purchase of new product based on Flair Dealer Prices. After one year, any Magnetic Contact or Sensor which becomes defective during the life of the installation will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Magnetic Contact or Sensor must be returned to Flair intact for examination and determination of cause of failure.
Annunciators and Nurse Call Systems and Devices
Flair will replace or repair any Annunciator, Nurse Call Annunciator or Nurse Call Device, installed properly, that fails during the first year after sale due to a manufacturing defect. Annunciator, Nurse Call Annunciator or Nurse Call Device must be returned to Flair intact for examination and determination of cause of failure. Any defective products not returned within one year of sale will not be replaced or repaired under warranty.
