According to Research and Markets the ambulatory surgery center (ASC) market was estimated to reach $36 billion in 2018 and is projected to increase to $40 billion by 2020. Drivers for revenue growth are lower outpatient surgery costs in ASCs compared to other settings, improved safety driven by technological advancements and the aging U.S. population. There are more than 6,100 ASCs in the U.S. and approximately 70% are owned by independent physician groups. As of 2017, more than half of outpatient surgeries were performed in an ASC setting, up from 32% in 2005.
Flair Electronics is providing quality, low-cost and easy-to-install wired and wireless call systems for ambulatory surgical centers around the country. We just completed manufacturing and assisting with the installation of an eight-bed call system at the Orange County Digestive Center (OCDC) in Irvine, California. The system consists of the ENS24 wireless alarm panel with external adjustable volume chime and bright red LED alarm lights, eight wireless latching bed cords , two wireless bathroom pull cords direct wired to hallway door alarm lights and three emergency call switches for the two operating rooms and front office. Flair wireless call systems utilize time tested Inovonics receivers and transmitters.

The Flair Nurse Call Panel, Model ENS24, is an easy-to-install and easy-to-operate wireless emergency call system. There are 24 bright red alarm LEDs and an adjustable sounder that notify security or safety personnel when someone activates a wireless Pull Cord, Call Button or other programmed device. Each LED has a zone or room label to identify where in the facility is the call so guards or care givers can react immediately. Simple operation and information at a glance mean faster response time and higher safety ratings.

 The Flair Dome Light, EDL500 (pictured above) mounts on top of doors outside of rooms and alerts care givers to the room where resident needs help. Long lasting LED lights can be solid or flashing, white or red. |
